Creamy soup made from Jerusalem artichokes flavored with truffle-oil and garnished with

smoked bacon bits

Slow cooked canard confit served with mixed greens tossed in raspberry dressing

Kurobuta pork roulade

Pan-fried Kurobuta pork filled mixed mushroom pork duxelles served on sage-mashed potato and dressed with red wine port reduction

Slow cooked red wine stew pear served with homemade bourbon vanilla parfait
