Caught in the ice-cold waters from Greenland at a depth of 900m gives the turbot its delicate taste,

pan-fried in a combination of extra virgin olive oil and clarified butter.

With great culinary skill, he brings creative and delicious recipes from all corners of the earth to our Wine Cellar Pattaya restaurant at the Poseidon . It's a culinary spectacle not to be missed. Prices are equally pleasant as the chef tries to keep the budget for the monthly multi-course meals always under a 1000 Thai Baht.
