Every thirty days our master chef walks up the Buddha Mountain in Pattaya to retreat and meditate on a special menu that will be available for just one or two days that month. With great culinary skill, he brings creative and delicious recipes from all corners of the earth to our Wine Cellar Pattaya restaurant at the Poseidon Hotel. It's a culinary spectacle not to be missed. Prices are equally pleasant as the chef tries to keep the budget for the monthly multi-course meals always under a 1000 Thai Baht.
